With more than 70 years of history passed down through a few generations. Ngo Hiang is a meat roll consisting of minced pork marinated with our traditional recipe and process method then wrapped in beancurd skin. This meat roll has been a hot favourite by Chinese and is still a popular dish up to today.
The main ingredients consist of five different spices which is combined with other ingredients at the perfect proportion to give a delicious meat roll with wonderful fragrance. The Ngo Hiang is served at local Ngo Hiang stalls, deep fried to crisp and served with chilli sauce, sweet sauce or both. Sometimes noodle shops adds it in their soup to give that extra boost of fragrance to their noodles ie Lor Mee, Laksa.

Guan Chang is a Chinese sausage made by marinating lean pork inside pork casing then boiled to cook. One of the longest sausage you can find in Singapore it is well know in Singapore by its prominent red colour. This sausage can be served cool or steamed hot, normally stall owners will cut into thin slices to serve it to customers. This is suitable for people who prefers less oily food.

Zhu Gan is a liver roll made from a five spice recipe with other ingredients and vegetable then wrap in double layers of beancurd skin. The whole roll is made up of real pieces of liver. When you eat this Zhu Gan you can get the original powdery feeling which brings out the taste of the liver like how a claypot makes a dish taste great.

Ma Ti Dan is a cake made of egg and water chestnut. The cake is then sliced into thin pieces and fried. It is yellow as its main contents are eggs which also gives it a strong taste of the egg.
